Zone 3 Laser was situated in the northern end of Mann St Gosford. The building housed a 6 hundred meter square game maze that allowed up to 30 people to test their skill using high-tech hand held electronic guns (low level laser transmitter) and vest (receiver) that connected wirelessly to a computer that allowed the tracking of players scores in real time.
The current owner had just completed a renovation of the building, adding an observation level and NexusPro Laser Tag system.
Late on the night of Friday 1st Feb 2013, the building was reported to be on fire and within a short time was destroyed. Many children woke the next day to the upsetting news. It will be missed by children and adults alike.
Only days before the fire part of the Zone 3 Laser Tag building was captured in another photo for this website ‘Mann St Gosford looking south of Etna St’
