Circa 1931 – Substantial single storey substantial California bungalow style brick residence constructed on the prominent site of 204-214 Pacific Highway Watanobbi for Les Warner (Original parcel of land expanded beyond 204-214 Pacific Highway). Featuring porches to three elevations, with front and side having prominent rendered columns.

1994 – Listed in “Wyong Shire Heritage Study”, Author Rod Howard Heritage Conservation Pty Ltd.

2009 – Listed in “Wyong Shire Heritage Study Review”, Author David Scobie Architects.

– NSW Environment & Heritage list property as “…..the house has been largely intact in recent times but by 2009 the site is in a derelict condition…..” 1

8th July 2011 – Development Application Form received by Wyong Council from Dennis Mirosevich for the demolition of the remaining dwelling.
